Looking forward to HOA Meeting

We're looking forward to meeting many owners at the HOA meeting on Friday . . . and to escaping Northern California's wild storms to do so!

We saw that one of the items on the agenda is a suggestion for an owners' online communications tool. We definitely agree that we need one. Perhaps this one -- or something like it that someone else would prefer to administer -- could be used, but we could make it closed to the public so only registered owners could access it and post on it. Or maybe long-term residents, too, with, say, a minimum 90 day lease?
