Homeowners' Insurance

The June 30, 2010 HOA minutes discussed some quotes for fire and liability insurance for individual unit owners, which had come in from ABA Seguros. We have had ABA insurance through an international insurance broker in Cabo, who represents various carriers, and it is coming up for renewal. Before we renew it, I'd like to make sure we have are getting competitive rate and coverage terms for the market. Anyone else have any input on the subject?
